Off-Topic – MegaPixel.co.il – My Most Recent Project
Hello All,
I just wanted to give a quick update on what I have been doing for the past year or so (and the reason I didn’t really have time to update this blog).
I have been working on MegaPixel.co.il – a huge website which deals with digital cameras.
A few words about this project – Among other things the new (Hebrew) website includes:
1. The most comprehensive camera/lens and flash database with advanced search and side by side options (over 370 cameras and 320 lenses and several dozen flashes).
2. Timeline of cameras/lenses.
3. Second hand “market” for used cameras equipment.
4. Daily news and news flashes on cameras and related topics.
5. Articles/previews/reviews on cameras, equipment etc.
7. Monthly photography competitions.
8. Forums.
9. Photography documentary section.
10. Mega-Blog – a unique photography blog.
We are currently in beta (after a full year of testing). We are planing many more features and I will try and update when I can.
